Same-day luxury restroom trailer delivery across Houston and the surrounding 7.3 million metro. Real Houston dispatch, real local logistics, real planner answers. This page covers what actually rolls in the truck, which Houston venues we already cover, and the climate ops baked into every deployment.
Our same-day delivery footprint across the Houston metro covers every neighborhood, gated community, ranch property, and rural address in the area. We deliver to gate codes, GPS coordinates, and ranch entrances with the same operational standard our top-tier institutional clients receive.

The numbers that drive how we route, what we pre-stage, and which add-ons come standard.
Houston's 90%+ humidity makes single A/C insufficient. Our Pro Series units carry both. Indoor humidity stays below 55% even during August deployments.
Active named-storm tracks trigger our 72-hour pre-evacuation route. Trailers either reposition inland or get tied down to spec. We carry pre-cut tie-down kits.
June-September pop-up storms hit 3-7 PM most days. Outdoor wedding setups pre-position canopy connections at trailer entries. The driver knows the protocol before truck rolls.
Three industry verticals with the operational rhythm that drives our dispatch routing across the metro.
ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP, Shell, ConocoPhillips campuses concentrated along I-10 West and the Energy Corridor. Refinery turnarounds run on a 4-6 year cycle and need crew restroom + shower infrastructure for 6-12 week windows. We pre-stage units the Friday before T-A start.
Real deployment: Permian Basin operators flying through IAH for Monday morning kickoff meetings book 2-day deployments at exec retreat venues across Memorial and northwest Houston.
Largest medical complex in the world (8th-largest business district in the US). 60+ institutions including MD Anderson, Texas Children's, Houston Methodist. Conference center and ballroom remodels book multi-month deployments. Patient-facing buildings get our quietest units with sound-dampening floors.
Real deployment: Annual TMC conference at the convention center hits 18,000+ attendees, multi-trailer pre-staged with rotating service through the 3-day window.
Third-busiest US port by tonnage, largest US port for petrochemical exports. Ship Channel sites (Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte) book multi-week restroom + shower combo deployments. Hurricane evacuation routing for petrochemical plants is pre-filed with our dispatch.
Real deployment: LyondellBasell and Dow Chemical campus rebuilds book bunkhouse + laundry combos for 60-day windows.
What actually rolls in the truck for each. No two of these scenarios run the same way.
Summer concert series (June-September). Tour deployments need ADA + 8-station combos for VIP suites and back-of-house artist hospitality.
Astronaut training events, contractor campus expansions. Outdoor briefing scenarios under summer heat. Climate-controlled trailers booked 6+ months out.
City-run concert series runs August through October. 8-station Pro Series deployed for 4-day windows during major events.
Wedding venue corridor and Houston Marathon staging area. ADA + 6 for accessible-guest ceremonies, multi-trailer for the January marathon expo.
Fortune 500 office park venues (Williams Tower rooftop, Tony's, Vargos on the Lake). Corporate kickoffs use ADA units for accessible back-of-house staff coverage.
Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo runs late February into March, 20+ days, 2.5M+ attendees. Multi-trailer pre-staged with on-site service rotation 3× daily.
Our crew pre-positioned 14 units across Memorial, Katy, and Sugar Land 36 hours before landfall. After Harvey hit, those units served displaced families at shelter sites coordinated through Catholic Charities and the Houston Food Bank for 8 weeks. The Harvey playbook is the same one we run for every named storm tracking the Gulf today.
Book the same playbook for your Houston event →City of Houston Health Department requires a Class 4 portable sanitation permit for deployments over 14 days. Filed on our side, not yours. Harris County adds a 24-hour pump-out requirement for events over 5,000 attendees. Built into our service plan.
Six operational guarantees that come standard on every Houston deployment. Drawn from 20,000+ deliveries the dispatch team has run.

Great company to work with. These super clean restrooms were a hit at our event. Our guests were impressed as well. Michelle was very friendly and made the process seamless. I will definitely use them again.

Awesome service definitely recommend.
For business venues weddings and parties. Staff is super friendly
I’ve been in the event industry for over 40 years and I’ve rented a lot of equipment and units such as the lavatory units and I must say I’ve never found not better cared for units or units that are well sanitized. But mostly the service and level of professionalism that these men offer and the importance they put on customer service. Always they are in the forefront of communicating and asking what my needs might be, and of course, when they deliver never leaving until they know that I am happy with what’s been said and done. I strongly encourage you if you’re looking for a company that will say what they do and put Quality first. Please call the Lavatory. You will not be disappointed. Salvador is the BEST!
Great service and very respectful drivers! The restroom trailer was spotless. Will always chose this company for my events.
Just want to give a shout out to these amazing guys for having this delivered out to my son’s birthday party. I had a little over 40 people attend out in San Mateo area and my biggest worry was having to walk too far for a rest room (or none at all). The Lavatory totally exceeded my expectations. Very professional, super clean and honestly, it looked like a mini luxury restroom you’d find in a cute hotel. Just super cute and comfy. If you’re in need of something like this and are searching for a great company, these are your people.
Excellent service, communication and delivery! Thank you so much!!!!!
I had the opportunity to work personally with the team at Lavatory Houston as they supported our large multi-month event. The facilities they provided were exceptional. The people we worked with were very responsive and addressed our every need. I would certainly use them again!
Great service! The porta potties were clean, well-maintained, and set up perfectly for our event. Highly satisfied.
