What Buyers Hear When They Call Us About Texas quote requests
I have answered this question from a hundred different chairs. A wedding planner sitting in her Austin office at 11 PM. A refinery GC standing in the Beaumont parking lot. A school district facilities director on her commute back to Houston. And the answer is always the same: we are the operators who do one thing, only luxury trailers, and we have done it 20,000+ times. So the call we take from a Texas buyer at any hour is from a dispatch team that knows the answer before the question lands.
What Texas Operators Ask Before They Sign
"Can you do same-day?" Yes. We dispatch from Texas yards and most metro bookings deliver inside 2 to 3 hours from confirmation.
"Do you handle 350-guest weddings?" Yes. The 5 Station and 8 Station Pro Series both scale to that count. And the ADA + 6 adds a fully ADA-compliant station inside the same deployment.
"What about Texas heat?" Every trailer is rated to 115°F ambient. So your August outdoor wedding in the Hill Country gets the same internal comfort as a December event at a downtown rooftop.
"What if a unit fails?" We carry spare inventory inside reasonable driving distance of every major metro. So a Friday-night mechanical issue gets a Saturday-morning swap. The guest never knows.
How Texas Buyers Verify Our Operating Standard
Google. Tesla. Ferrari. Meta. Caesars Palace. FEMA. The Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. Every one of those buyers cleared their procurement audit before booking us. And every one of them keeps coming back. So when you call about a Texas wedding, a Texas refinery job, or a Texas hurricane response, you are calling the same operations team those Fortune 500 brands re-book every year. Call (737) 250-8098 24/7 and a dispatcher picks up.

I can say you will definitely be HAPPY you chose this company to work with for your event. It is always a good experience working with them!!
Great company to work with. These super clean restrooms were a hit at our event. Our guests were impressed as well. Michelle was very friendly and made the process seamless. I will definitely use them again.
I had the opportunity to work personally with the team at Lavatory Texas as they supported our large multi-month event. The facilities they provided were exceptional. The people we worked with were very responsive and addressed our every need. I would certainly use them again!
Great service and very respectful drivers! The restroom trailer was spotless. Will always chose this company for my events.
Just want to give a shout out to these amazing guys for having this delivered out to my son’s birthday party. I had a little over 40 people attend out in San Mateo area and my biggest worry was having to walk too far for a rest room (or none at all). The Lavatory totally exceeded my expectations. Very professional, super clean and honestly, it looked like a mini luxury restroom you’d find in a cute hotel. Just super cute and comfy. If you’re in need of something like this and are searching for a great company, these are your people.
Excellent service, communication and delivery! Thank you so much!!!!!
I’ve been in the event industry for over 40 years and I’ve rented a lot of equipment and units such as the lavatory units and I must say I’ve never found not better cared for units or units that are well sanitized. But mostly the service and level of professionalism that these men offer and the importance they put on customer service. Always they are in the forefront of communicating and asking what my needs might be, and of course, when they deliver never leaving until they know that I am happy with what’s been said and done. I strongly encourage you if you’re looking for a company that will say what they do and put Quality first. Please call the Lavatory. You will not be disappointed. Salvador is the BEST!
Professional customer service. Great communication upon delivery. Restrooms were clean and our guest love them. Thank you to all The Lavatory team I will order again for our next event.

Repeat Bookings From America's Most Demanding Buyers
Vendors do not survive Fortune 500 procurement audits, federal SAM.gov reviews, or FEMA disaster-response activation rosters by accident. The Lavatory has cleared all three. That is why Google's brand activation teams, Tesla's launch logistics group, FEMA's regional command, Cal Fire, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the American Red Cross all keep coming back. Texas now inherits that operations team directly.
